Privacy Policy

This policy explains how QuoteFlow (“QuoteFlow”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit myquoteflow.ai, request a call with us, or receive business email from us. Questions? Email hello@myquoteflow.ai.

Information we collect

When you request a call

Our booking form collects your name, business name, email, phone number, service niche, city, website, your answers to a few qualifying questions, and the time slot you choose. We also record how you found us: the referring page, landing page, and campaign tags such as UTM parameters or a Google Ads click ID.

Business outreach

We email home-services business owners about our services. For that we keep business contact details gathered from public sources: business name, owner name and title, business email and phone, city, website and public business profiles (such as Google Business, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn pages). We record when we email you, whether you open or reply, and if you unsubscribe or an email bounces.

Automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions such as button clicks). Google Analytics uses cookies. Our emails may include a small image that tells us when an email was opened.

How we use it

• To schedule and hold the call you requested and send confirmations and reminders.
• To follow up about our services, including short sequences of business emails.
• To stop emailing people who reply, unsubscribe or whose address bounces.
• To measure and improve our website and campaigns.
• To keep our systems secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for others’ advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers that process information on our behalf:

• Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database).
• Google: Google Calendar and Google Meet for bookings, Gmail for sending and receiving our business email, and Google Analytics for site measurement.
• Resend, for booking confirmation and notification emails.
• Internal alerting tools that notify our team when an email fails to send.

Google user data

Our app connects to Google accounts that belong to QuoteFlow and its team, using Google’s OAuth sign-in. It uses Google Calendar to create, update and cancel booking events, and Gmail to send our outreach emails and read message headers and labels. That lets us keep follow-ups in the same thread, notice replies and bounces so we stop emailing that person, and check whether our own emails land in the inbox or in spam.

QuoteFlow’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for the features above. It is not used for advertising, not sold, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except to support those features, for security, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

• Every outreach email has an unsubscribe link. Once you use it, we stop emailing that address and keep it on a do-not-contact list so it isn’t emailed again.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@myquoteflow.ai.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Do-not-contact entries are kept so we can honor them. Data is stored with our providers using encryption in transit and access restricted to our team.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. See also our Terms of Service.
